Recently we released our “2024 State of the Industry (SOTI) – Food & Beverage Tourism” report. It is available as a free download.

The SOTI report is our Association's annual bellwether assessment and analysis of the food and beverage tourism industry (also known as culinary tourism or gastronomy tourism). Every year, our Association interviews leading industry experts and provides expert analysis in the form of this thought leadership report. This year, twelve trends are discussed and broadly cover developments in authenticity; localism; sustainability; diversity; AI; consumer behavior; influencers; health and wellness; social media; and customer loyalty.

The report is used by businesses, organizations and tourism offices to inform their strategy, marketing and related planning decisions over the coming 12 months. The report is oriented toward professionals in the food, beverage, tourism and hospitality industries. Academics and researchers may also find the content of value.
