Yasmine Fofana – So Much to Discover

In this episode, we speak with Yasmine Fofana. Yasmine is a well-known force for positive change in the culinary movement in the Ivory Coast. She launched the first food blog in that country, named Afrofoodie. And in doing so, she influenced others to help them understand the value of celebrating Ivorian cuisine. Her work has inspired other chefs and bloggers, not just in the Ivory Coast, but throughout West Africa as well. Yasmine is deeply passionate about shifting the narrative about Africa through using the medium of gastronomy.
