Taste of Place is a global movement led by the World Food Travel Association, created to protect, celebrate, and support authentic culinary cultures and the people who keep them alive. The movement brings together destinations, food and beverage businesses, producers, and conscious consumers around a shared belief: local food culture matters, and it deserves care, respect, and visibility.


Work on the Taste of Place platform is underway, but we need your help. The platform is designed to evolve through collaboration – shaped by those who believe in safeguarding culinary heritage while supporting sustainable tourism and local economies.
